About Julie

Julie Belton, co-founder of ModLogics, supports the team as the Vice President of FF&E Installations.  In this role, Julie focuses her talents on securing the foundation of business operations and expanding the marketing plans of ModLogics services.  She has over 15 years’ experience in business management and marketing, specializing in business development and branding. 

Known for her dependability and work ethic, Julie enjoys being part of a team and working towards a greater goal. Exuding positivity, Julie makes everyone she meets feel valued. She is passionate about supporting small businesses in the community by creating jobs, and providing services that fit any budget. 

Throughout her professional career, Julie has worked as a Senior Project Manager for several Fortune 500 Technology companies, where she had the opportunity to lead global project teams.  She also spent many years as a Marketing Manager for a Real Estate brokerage firm.

Julie graduated with honors from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing; she has completed her PMP Project Management and SCRUM Master Certification requirements; and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona.
